The Mind Reset: 10-Week Mindset System
A companion to The Dad Reset training programme, built around one honest problem: most dads don't fail fitness programmes because the exercises are wrong. They fail because they stop showing up.
This is a 10-week guide to the psychology of consistency — one concept per week, matched to the same Foundation, Build, and Burn phases as the training plan.
Each week includes a short guided meditation script (4–6 minutes, designed to be read slowly or recorded in your own voice), an identity statement, a journal prompt, and a box breathing guide you can use before any session when your head's not in it.
The concepts are drawn from established behaviour change principles — things like starting smaller than you think you need to, designing your environment so training is the easier option, and what to do when you miss a session so one miss doesn't become two.
What's inside each week:
- One behaviour change concept explained in plain language
- A guided meditation script — 4 to 6 minutes
- An identity statement to repeat before or after training
- One honest journal question
- A 5-day practice tracker
This won't change your body on its own. The training and the nutrition do that. What this does is make it more likely you'll actually do both, consistently, for ten weeks — which is the only thing that determines whether any of this works.
